(PARENTS: Please pick your child up in his/her classroom.)

• 3 Yr. olds - 2nd grade meet in the Promiseland area to sing and have snack time then go to their classrooms.
• 3rd & 4th Grade will meet in their respective classrooms.
• 5th Grade - 12th Grade will meet in respective classrooms.
• An adult current events class will meet in the Consistory Room.
• Nursery is available upon request.

6:00 - 7:30 P.M. IMPACT will meet in the Youth Room. Snacks - Hope and Luke Zylstra

6:00 P.M. PRAYER MEETING/BIBLE STUDY in Consistory Room.

WEEKLY MEETINGS

MONDAY – March 5

1:00 P.M.  FELLOWSHIP CIRCLE will meet in the Fireside Room. Barb Kingma will lead the lesson; Silvia Andree will have devotions and Diane Zylstra will host.

6:00 P.M.  DARTBALL BANQUET will be at Christian Church of DeMotte.  

7:00 P.M.  FAITH CIRCLE will meet in Room 16.  Rachel Fase will lead the lesson and Amy Kohlhagen will host.

7:00 P.M.  CONSISTORY will meet in the Consistory Room.  Those who would like to request baptism or make profession of faith in Christ are invited to meet with the elders at 7:30 P.M.

TUESDAY – March 6

6:00 & 7:15 P.M.  FAITHFIT YOGA will be in the Fellowship Hall.

WEDNESDAY – March 7

DINNER will be served from 5:15 – 6:30 P.M.  Menu:  pasta buffet, corn, salad, rolls, veggies and dip, fruit, ice cream    

FOOD BACKPACKS will be stuffed in the Fellowship Hall at 6:00.

EASTER PLAY PRACTICE will be in the Sanctuary from 5:00 – 6:00.

GOD’S ANGELS CHOIR (Kindergarten – 5th grade) practice in basement from 6:15 – 6:45.

6:00 – 6:30 P.M.  WORSHIP COMMITTEE will meet in the Consistory Room.  All committee members and sub-committee members are asked to attend.

OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS

ALL ARE INVITED to our Easter Play presented by the 3rd – 8th grade students!  The play will be next Sunday, March 11 at 6:00 P.M.  This is sure to be a special night!

A SPECIAL EASTER PLAY PRACTICE will be this Wednesday (March 7) from 5:00 – 6:00 P.M. in the Sanctuary.  We ask for all participants to attend.

THE WORSHIP COMMITTEE will meet this Wednesday in the Consistory Room at 6:00 P.M. for a brief meeting.  We would like to invite not only regular members of the committee, but also members of the sub-committees including the Music, Children’s Church, Nursery, Usher, and Audio Visual Committees.  Regular members of the Worship Committee are:  Ryan Kohlhagen, John Roorda, John Abbring, Jason Whitt, Mike Veld, Diane Ottinger, Kathy Bult, Donna Ooms, and Ron Evers and Kevan Myers.

VBS 2018 is coming and we once again need your help to make it a success!  This year’s theme is "Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus" and the dates are June 11-15.  We have 10 leadership positions to fill and we need 20 adults and 20 high school age teens to serve as crew leaders.  There is a sign-up table in the Fellowship Hall this morning where you can get more information and also sign up.                                                             Sign up to help us make this year's VBS the best yet!!
