ARC recently welcomed its newest little one! Jon & Diane Ottinger presented their daughter, Cassandra for baptism on March 24. They were surrounded by family and friends who are dedicated to helping raise Cassandra to know Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Welcome to ARC, Cassandra!
