1:30 – 3:00 P.M. NIFTY NEEDLES will meet in the Fireside Room. We meet to make prayer shawls or work on our own projects. Yarn is available for use in making prayer shawls. All are welcome to join us!

ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 27,  we will have a meeting for people who are currently leading/serving    at ARC. We will have food at 5:30 P.M. and then at 6:00 P.M., a time of worship and a presentation from the U-Turn team on some of their work and how you can be involved with it. If you plan to attend, please RSVP to the church office by Monday, October 25.

ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 31,  we will have a  congregational town hall meeting after worship to share some changes we are making to the governing structure of ARC which we believe will help make us more effective in our mission for the kingdom of God. We hope you will join us for this exciting, informative update.

WE HAVE A LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY for someone to co-lead Kids Hope with Heather Veld. We are looking for someone who can oversee the administrative and communications for our Kids Hope ministry. This will include creating schedules, emailing teachers and mentors, and coordinating trainings. If you are interested, please talk to Heather Veld or Pastor Troy.

THE RACE IS 3 WEEKS AWAY!  We are working hard to bring clean water to communities in need in underdeveloped countries through Team World Vision. We will participate in the Indy Monumental Marathon on November 6 and appreciate all donations for clean water. You can donate on behalf of a specific runner or give a gift to the ARC Team as a whole by designating gifts in the offering or going to teamworldvision.org and searching American Reformed Church. You can also support us by keeping us in your prayers as we train and praying for all who are in desperate need of clean water.

PARENT KNIGHT:  Join us at CCHS for an info session about all things Covenant and the blessings continued Christian education has on our students on Tuesday, October 19, from 7-8pm in the CCHS cafeteria.

BUTTER BRAIDS:  Covenant Christian High School students are selling delicious Butter Braids again! Just store in your freezer, thaw to rise, and bake.  PINT-SIZE HERO RED CROSS BLOOD DRIVE:  DMC is sponsoring an October blood drive on October 28 at the Keener Township Fire Department from 1:00 - 6:00 P.M.

DMC SEEKING SUB CUSTODIAN:  DMCS is looking to create a list of substitute custodians if any of our current custodians need additional help or are absent. If you are interested, please contact Superintendent Hucks at lhucks@dmcsemail.org.

 MIDDLE SCHOOL COACHES SOUGHTDeMotte Christian is looking for basketball coaches for the middle school level. We have openings for boys’ teams and girls’ teams.
