1:00 P.M. FELLOWSHIP CIRCLE will meet in the Fireside Room. Lesson:  Karen Lolkema; Devotions:  Barb Kingma;  Hostess:  Joyce Fase.

7:00 P.M. CONSISTORY will meet in the Consistory Room. Those who would like to request baptism or make profession of faith in Christ are invited to meet with the elders at 7:30 P.M.

 TUESDAY – November 2

6:30 P.M. – 7:30 P.M. FAITHFIT YOGA will be in the Promiseland area.

 WEDNESDAY – November 3

7:00 P.M. THE TRANSITION TEAM will meet in the Consistory Room. Please continue to pray for ARC’s revitalization process. Members are Pastor Troy, Matt Kallemeyn, Dave Kampenga, Angela Myers,  Tim Steinke, Tim Zylstra, and Stacy Hoffman.

 FRIDAY – November 5

MOBILE FOOD PANTRY We will need about ten volunteers to help pack boxes outside for the drive-thru pantry. Volunteers are asked to arrive by 9:15 A.M. Clients should arrive no earlier than 9:30 A.M. If you would like to help, please sign up on the sheet in the kitchen window. This will be our final pantry for 2021.

SATURDAY – November 6

WORLD VISION HALF/FULL MARATHON:  We are wrapping up our final week of training for the Indy Monumental Marathon. It is not too late to donate to help bring clean water to communities in need in underdeveloped countries through Team World Vision. You can donate on behalf of a specific runner or give a gift to the ARC Team as a whole by designating gifts in the offering today or going to teamworldvision.org and searching American Reformed Church. You can also support us by keeping us in your prayers as we train this last week and on race day and praying for all who are in desperate need of clean water.

YOUTH CHRISTMAS CHOIR

  Come join us for the Youth Christmas Choir! Practices will begin on November 7 after worship in the Sanctuary from 10:45 - 11:15 A.M. All children ages 3yr old  – 12th grade are encouraged to join. We will sing during morning worship service on December 19.

WE HAVE A LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY for someone to co-lead Kids Hope with Heather Veld. We are looking for someone who can oversee the administrative and communications for our Kids Hope ministry. This will include creating schedules, emailing teachers and mentors, and coordinating trainings. If you are interested, please talk to Heather Veld or Pastor Troy.

THE BIBLE LEAGUE INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEEERS wish to thank ARC for the use of the Fellowship Hall for making apple pies as well as all of the volunteers who came to help with assembly. Also, they give a big thanks to everyone who purchased pie! They were able to raise $12,000 for the Bible League! That amount puts Bibles into the hands of 2,400 people!

CCHS FALL PLAY:  Have you ever wondered what Shakespeare and his famous tragedy Hamlet were all about, but you never tried to find out because it is all too confusing? The fall play this year, “HAMLET or Does Father Reeeeeealy Know Best? is for you. This is a brief re-telling of the story with original dialogue and explanation mixed in. There is dancing, sword fights, madness, treachery, murder, a ghost – all the necessary elements for a Shakespearean tragedy. Join us on Nov. 5 & six at 7:30 P.M. in Covenant’s gymnatorium. Admission is by donation.
