1:30 – 3:00 P.M. NIFTY NEEDLES will meet in the Fireside Room. We meet to make prayer shawls or work on our own projects. Yarn is available for use in making prayer shawls. All are welcome to join us!

NEXT SUNDAY, we will welcome Jason DeVries to provide our message. Jason is the Executive Pastor and U-Turn Ministries Executive Director for Faith Church. Jason is one of our consultants for our revitalization process.
YOUTH CHRISTMAS CHOIR: Practice continues today! Come join us for the Youth Christmas Choir! Practices are after worship in the Sanctuary from 10:45 - 11:15 A.M. All children ages 3yr old – 12th grade are encouraged to join. We will sing during morning worship service on December 19.
AS WE REFLECT on the words of Philippians 4:6-7 which say, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.", we wish for ARC to approach the Lord in unity and daily prayer. We ask that you pray for our church ministries, leadership, and our continuing transition process. To help guide our prayers in this season, we've prepared a calendar which was placed in your church mailbox last week. It lists specific concerns for each day. We so appreciate your prayers and having each of you as a part of the ARC church family!
NOMINATION BALLOTS for our new nominations team were sent out in the mail last week. If you did not receive a ballot or misplaced it, additional ballots are in the church office. Please turn in completed ballots to the box in the church office window by Sunday, December 5.
HELP EXPAND OUR PROJECTION TEAM! We are looking for 4-5 people who would like to help with our projection or Facebook livestream on Sunday mornings once a month. Teens and adults are welcome! If interested or to learn more, please talk to Pastor Troy.
WE HAVE A LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY for someone to co-lead Kids Hope with Heather Veld. We are looking for someone who can oversee the administrative and communications for our Kids Hope ministry. This will include creating schedules, emailing teachers and mentors, and coordinating trainings. If you are interested, please talk to Heather Veld or Pastor Troy.

This sale runs until Nov. 19 and sheets arrive in time for Christmas.
SUBSTITUTE CUSTODIANS: DMCS is looking to create a list of substitute custodians if any of our current custodians need additional help or are absent. If you are interested, please contact Superintendent Hucks at lhucks@dmcsemail.org.
CONSTRUCTION TEACHER: Covenant Christian HS is looking for someone with construction experience that is interested in teaching our construction class for the second semester. The class would be from 7:50-8:37 A.M. each day, leaving the rest of the day to work. This could easily be a hybrid course where part of the class is at the school and part is at a job site where students can gain practical experience in the field. SPANISH INSTRUCTOR: Covenant Christian HS is looking for a part-time Spanish instructor for 3-4 periods per day, for the second semester of this school year. This could also be a part-time to full time position for the 2022-2023 school year. ADMISSIONS AND RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR: DeMotte Christian Schools is accepting applications for the position of part time Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator.
