1:00 – 7:00 P.M.  RED CROSS BLOODMOBILE will be in the Fellowship Hall.  Donating blood is a safe process and people should not hesitate to give or receive blood.  Right now, eligible and healthy donors are strongly urged to make an appointment to give soon. OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS

WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD to welcoming Shine.FM to ARC on Palm Sunday, March 28,   as they will feature us as their “Church of the Week”!  They will be with us in worship that morning.   Don’t miss it!

ATTENTION PARENTS OF COLLEGE STUDENTS:  We are getting ready to send care packages to all our college students.  Please contact the church office with your student’s address whether they’re at home or away at school ASAP so we can begin sending soon!  Thanks!

 OUR NEXT MOBILE PANTRY will be on Friday, March 26.  This will again be a drive-through pantry due to Covid.  We will need about 10 volunteers to help pack boxes outside.  Volunteers are asked to arrive by 9:15 A.M.  Clients should arrive no earlier than 9:30 A.M.  If you would like to help, please sign up on the sheet in the kitchen window.

GLOBAL 6K:  Save the day for the World Vision 2021 Global 6K on May 22.  Details to come in April! 

CHURCH CAMPOUT 2021:  It’s time to make your reservations for the 2021 church campout!  The dates will be August 6, 7, and 8 at      Potato Creek State Park.  We would love to have new families, couples, and singles join us!! Making reservations now will help make it possible for us all to camp next to each other.  The Tysen Family has booked site      #189.… a different site from last year.  If you have any questions or would just like to learn more about the campout, please call Leslie Tysen (219-863-3822). 

 WORDS OF HOPE devotionals for April, May, and June are on shelves at Sanctuary exits today.  Please help yourself!

 OUT OF THE OFFICE:  Stacy will be out of the office  Monday – Thursday of this week.  She will return on Friday.

 ATTENTION PARENTS OF BIBLE ADVENTURES KIDS:     We now have our weekly videos and take-home sheets available on our website!  This gives kids an opportunity to watch the video again at home or see videos they missed!  There are printable coloring pages for Pre-K/K and printable Take Home Sheets for 1st – 5th grade.  Visit demottearc.com and go to the Children’s Ministry page.  There, you will find a link to the content (please note that the content page is password protected; the password is “adventures”.  New lessons will be posted weekly!

DMCS PIE SPRING PORK CHOP DINNER is Thursday, March 18 from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. This year will be a drive-thru style. Menu includes pork chops, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, applesauce and dessert. Prices are $8 for a one- chop meal, $10 for a two-chop meal and $2 for an extra chop. Come enjoy a delicious dinner and       support DMCS!

CCHS JUNIORS are having a coat drive!  They are bringing clean, gently-used coats to Michigan for Service Week.  There is a weatherproof container located at the CCHS front entrance doors under the carport.   Donors can easily drop off without having to come inside the school! Thank you in advance for your support.

DMCS ANNUAL SOCIETY MEETING (April 13):
DeMotte Christian Schools, Inc. strongly encourages you to attend the Annual Society Meeting on Tuesday, April 13, at 7:00pm at DeMotte Christian School OR via ZOOM. 

·         Society members will vote on the proposed advisory budget and new Board members.  The bylaws require that a member “be 18 years of age or older and have individually contributed a minimum of $50 to the school corporation in the 13 months prior to the publication of the agenda.” Parents with children enrolled at Covenant or DeMotte Christian have by default already met the    $50 contribution requirement but still need to sign the      membership affirmation.

·         If submitting an absentee ballot for Board member elections, a member must complete the election ballot and the member affirmation statement, place in a sealed envelope, sign the outside, and turn in to either school office.

·         Society booklets will be available in the CCHS main office and in the literature rack outside the DMC main office by Monday,      March 29.
