THE REGULAR OFFERING will be received for the General Fund and the second offering will be for our Missions & Benevolences Fund.

9:30 A.M.  CHILDREN’S CHURCH for kids 3 years old through 5th grade will meet in the Promiseland Area.

10:45 – 11:45 A.M.  SUNDAY SCHOOL for all ages.

(Parents:  please pick your child up in his/her classroom.)   

  3 yr. old – 12th grade will meet in their respective classrooms.

  CURRENT EVENTS:  A group that discusses current events will meet in the Cry Room.

  ADULTING will meet in the Consistory Room.

  Nursery is available upon request. 

5:00 – 7:00 P.M.  MOVEMENT YOUTH MINISTRY will meet in the Fellowship Hall.

6:00 P.M.  PRAYER/BIBLE STUDY GROUP will meet in the Consistory Room.

7:00 P.M.  JOY CIRCLE will meet in the Youth Room where Kathy Veld will lead lesson 2, Julie Hoffman will give devotions and Spiritual Life Thought and Betty Boon will serves refreshments.

7:00 P.M.  EVE CIRCLE will meet in the Fireside Room where Barb DeVries will lead the lesson and host and Phyllis Belstra will provide devotions.

7:00 P.M.  FAITH CIRCLE will meet in Room 16. Kristi Walstra will lead the lesson and Gayle Zeldenrust will host.

SATURDAY – March 30

6:00 – 7:30 A.M.  MEN’S LIFE will meet in the Fireside Room.

CONGRATULATIONS to Sam & Angela (DeFries) Madson on the birth of Logan Matthew.  Logan was born on March 20.  May God bless both child and parents with His grace.

"In Christ, She…"  

Registration closes today for the women’s retreat!  Space is still available!  The retreat is open to women post-high and above on April 12-13 at Connect Christian Camp and Retreat Center in Crown Point.  We will explore what it looks like to ground our identity in Christ and allow that reality to permeate every aspect of our lives.  The retreat will begin at 6:00 P.M. on Friday and conclude at 4:00 P.M. on Saturday.  The cost is $45.  We are also offering a “Saturday-only” option at a reduced price of ($20) if you are unable to attend on Friday evening.  Registration forms are available on the table by the kitchen.  Contact a team member                 (Liz Bayci, Stacy Hoffman, Kara Nanninga,                            or Jill Kohlhagen) with questions. 

THERE WILL BE NO Family Night meal or Financial Peace University this week due to spring break.

FAITHFIT YOGA will not meet this week due to spring break.

THE MOVEMENT CHICKEN DINNER FUNDRAISER will be on Wednesday, April 3.  Proceeds from this dinner will help fund Movement activities throughout the year.  Mark your calendars! 

HELP GET CAMP MANTOQUA READY for their 2019 camp season!  Every year, a group from ARC goes to Manitoqua for a day and works on projects to help prepare the grounds for the summer.  The work day for this year is Saturday, April 27, 9:00 A.M. – 2:30 P.M.  Lunch is provided.  If you are interested in coming along, please contact Chuck Liebbe at (219) 741-7461.

CAMP MANITOQUA REGISTRATION FOR 2019 IS OPEN!     This year’s theme is “Imago Dei:  The Image of God” based on Isaiah 43:1.  COVENANT CHRISTIAN HIGH SCHOOL is actively seeking coaches for all positions in our girls basketball program.  If you are interested, please call the school office at (219) 987-7651, or email our Athletic Director, Dennis Lins, at  The deadline for applying is March 30.

JOIN US FOR DINNER ON THE COURT!  Come on out to the DMC gym on April 1, 2019 from 5-7 and have dinner on the court with your favorite volleyball players.  We will be serving grilled chicken sandwiches, BBQ beans, and side salads.  The food will be delicious, you don't want to miss it!  There will be a free will donation taken at the door.  Dine in or carry out!  Proceeds will help fund 38 DMC and CCHS volleyball players who plan to attend 4 day team camp in June. 

HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED about being a hospice volunteer?  VNA of NWI has openings for volunteers to visit patients in the DeMotte and Jasper County area.  The most important qualifications for a VNA Hospice volunteer are a compassionate heart, love of life, and the ability to really listen and be there for a patient.  If this sounds like you, give us a call!  Training is available in the Lake County area now.  Please contact VNA Volunteer Services Coordinator, Erica at 219-531-8057 or by email at to get started today!

THE ANNUAL SPRING LUNCHEON hosted by Bible League Volunteers is on Thursday, April 11 at 11:30 A.M. at Teibel’s Restaurant, Schererville, IN.  Special guests include Andrew Earnshaw from Bible League International and award winning Violinist, Katie Mattix.  See a BL Volunteer for tickets.  ($18.00/chicken or $22.00/perch).  Ticket deadline is Thursday, April 4.
